deei logotype, for ~supernus.I guess it happend to all of you allready: someone orders a logo from you (or anything else), agree on price, you do the job, he agrees on the result, but then - he never actually pay you the money.
you don't give him the vector of course, but still, you did all the work for nothing, wasted time.
don't want to be son of a bitch or something, but things like this really pisses me off.

wow that logo looks sick bro, fuck that client of yours. That happened to me too. I made the thing, agreed on the price and he goes oh I don't want it anymore, got someone else to do it for "free". Then I unfriend that motherfucker on facebook. Yes the client of mine was actually some guy I knew in highschool.

That's what small claims court is for. Unless of course you didn't actually get a signature (having a contract or a written agreement), then you set yourself up for being screwed.

yep, me neither, i didn't give him the result. but it changes nothing on the fact, that I wasted my time designing the logo for nothing - no use and no reward.

i can see the amount of work you have put into developing this identity..... but my friend never do a job unless you are paid 50% upfront, things like this do happen all the time for designers... keep an eye on ur client as well... since you might have provided the previews... he might get the same thing worked out from somewhere else....

I always arange that the client first pay's the half.
And when it,s finisht the other half, or not If the client doesn't want it anymore.

yep, told me he doesn't have the money at the moment and then never contacted me again. even though we agreed on the price in advance. I kinda don't get how can you order a logo when you're not willing (or able, whatever) to pay for it anyway.
