well i already modeled the rpg-7 but i still can't change the file format and my 3ds max is 2012 version

You need to go to main menu----> choose Export menu there and click Export (or export selected if you wish) then you can choose the parameters of the file. That's all

OH MY GOD!!! It looks like Mikoyan took a Mig-21 Fishbed and made it as capable as the american F-35 Lightning II but at a quarter of the costs!!!! Awesome art, just awesome!!!!
