"I have my own method in analyzing the sources," said Dewi. "there's a lot of things that the people of this city see and mention, but only a few of them connect the dots."

"Why are you even doing it?" asked him

"It's... none of your business. Why are you doing this... hero-ing?"

"Just keeping my promise to someone."

"Who?"

"None of your business."

They gone silent.

"So, I'm guessing you won't stop indulging yourself in these dirty part of the city?" asked Masked Hero. "You will keep involving yourself in these bad people's business and not calling cops instead?"

"You got that right," said Dewi. "The cops can't be trusted. It's not that they're too corrupt, no. But they have ignored things too much."

"I see," said him. "So... do you mind if you call me instead?"

"What?"

"You, know, when you got some information ahead of the police again," said the Masked Hero, "you can call me. I won't mind to check it for you."

"But what if I call you when you're doing your... I don't know, job in the office?"

"What, like an alter ego? What makes you think I have secret identites?"

"Uh... 'Masked' Hero?"

"Oh, yeah, right. Oh, don't worry about it, you can call me anytime!!"

Dewi thought about it for a moment. "This isn't your idea of getting a girl's phone number, right?"

"I totally didn't think about that."

And thus, the alliance was born
Aaaaand that's it for now. I really, really should learn to write better story  . This is my first time to write the an actually heroic character story. It's cliche and a little bit cringey....  I will try to do better next time.

There's some things I need to clarify: This 'story' doesn't mean I'm going to add romance to them. Dewi and Masked Hero relationship is strictly professional!

Also, don't try to sit like Dewi here on a bike. I've seen someone got in accident because she sit like that. Wear pants if you are going to ride a bike, not short skirt!
