Description I haven't done any Final Fantasy Tactics fanart in a while. In general, I'm still trying to kick myself back into finishing incomplete art and it just seemed easier to do so by drawing and completing something. So I went back to listening to Sakimoto's Vagrant Story and FFT soundtracks, decided to draw the knight job class (male) and see how well my life drawing lessons helped me.

One of my favorite job classes in FFT for its design aesthetic alone is the Knight job class, especially for the males. Akihiko Yoshida has this really nice way of mixing patterns and a single breastplate, greaves, and gauntlets together with a badass cape to create a stunning warrior.

I referenced the design from one of the character card sets and drew the knight in battle stance as is fitting to the game context. Line art is done with blue ballpoint pen and colors are Akashiya Sai watercolor brush pens on 3.5" x 5.5" Moleskine paper.

I haven't seen much from you lately! Good work, like the lines within this one. Nice natural pose.

Yeah. I've been doing art but it's more practice and basics than finished art. This is a return to that.

Thanks, kzeor. I'm glad to hear it's looking natural. Means I'm improving.
