To download, click the download to desktop button. Unzip the file and open the 'index.html' file to see the tutorial.This is a tutorial for drawing and colouring anime/fantasy backgrounds on Photoshop; it would also apply to Painter and Paintshop Pro. I wouldn't recommend it to beginners, although I imagine anyone could learn something from it. Having a drawing tablet is recommended.
^_^ Hope you guys find it useful! I put a lot of time and work into it. Any comments/suggestions are very much appreciated.

It wont let me unzip the file, just open it and it comes up with a load of pictures DX

You need to unzip the file to view the html file correctly. Just right-click on the .zip file you downloaded and select 'unzip'.

ok i tried that and there is no unzip option, should i extract the information and put it in a normal folder?

I was trying to find a background tutorial on here before and couldn't seem to find one, and then I find this accidentally. ^_^"
Looks like it might be useful, although I don't remember seeing much about the buildings while looking through it. I think my main bg problem is how to do buildings... They just don't look real when I work on some. Perhaps I need more shadows, or maybe I just need to work on the basic shapes and colors without worrying about how they look, then add details later (but when something doesn't look right before I'm done, I feel like starting over (or giving up). ^_^" )
