It's recommended that you have a pressure sensitive tablet, and Photoshop 7 or higher to follow this tutorial.

wow very usefull.. normally I would color the charater first... but the tip of first making some atmossphere sure is going to help...

as i've scrolled to read the totorial i noticed one of the buildings looks like a penguin in the very begining frames of the tutorial. was that meant? this is a good tutorial you made. le sigh for no details on the mushroom cloud but thats okay we still love you ^_^

Seeing as they're a piece of hardware (like your keyboard or monitor), they're unsurprisingly rather hard to find on download sites. Maybe you should try your local electronics store, or perhaps trying reading the information on the page I sent you?

Right, here's my question for you: When you have a tablet connected, does Photoshop respond to it and bring up those different options? (BTW, I'm using Photoshop 7, and will be getting a tablet pretty soon)

If you've installed the tablet correctly, and it's compatible with Photoshop (most commercial tablets are), then yes, you should have no problem.
