Don't give up. You know the wheel that appears when you select something? You use that to move things back. Or you can use the control panel with x y and z. Z moves things back and forth. That's what I meant when moving the bones and eyes.

The eyes on my model work fine in Transform View but when the model is in MMD the eyes don't move (when I try to use their assigned bones), I haven't done anything and I used the same base as another one of my models whose eyes work fine.

Check to see if there are any bones that have duplicate names.

It helps if you move the eye bones back into the head more and reweigh the pupils.

Move the eye bones ? Umm.. it don't really understand about the problem of the model
But can you give me more information ? I am sorry for distrubing you

RitaLeader14 In reply to EvaniMiko [2017-05-19 11:57:33 +0000 UTC]
It's fine. Make sure the "B" in the top left corner of the and select the hidden bones at the bottom of the window of the model and select the eye bones and move them back.

Okay maybe you can help. I am trying to fix a model but it only has a bone for one eye. How do I add the other and fix this as putting a motion that one without a bone likes to pop out.
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to PeacemakerUta [2017-02-18 21:59:44 +0000 UTC]
To add a bone:
1.Right click in the bone tab and click "Add" (I) then click At the end Add (P) That adds a new bone.
2.ย It will be at the bottom. You want to move it up to which ever eye does not have a bone.
3. Then add a second bone but make sure it is an invisible bone or bone type 7.
4.Make the bone you just added the invisible bone's parent.
5. Move the invisible up near the new eye bone.
6. Label the bones. Right eye bone: ๅณ็ฎย Left eye bone: ๅทฆ็ฎย Put this symbol for the invisible bones:ย ๅ
The hidden bones should have the same name as the left or right eye bones but with that symbol behind it.
7. Weigh the eye to the bone. Find the eye layers and only select the eye you want to weigh. Weight value should be 100 or Red.ย
8. Make sure that both eyes parent bone is the head and that the third box under the child bone should have the number of the both eyes. In PMX the GR Parent box is the same.
I hope this helped.

Ah..this..is a bit old senpai *^*" But idk what to do, teh eyes function well with the current eye bones and the eye bones are perfectly connected to the head bone. However...the top bone that moves both the eyes don't seem to function correctly. I'm scared to mess up ;^;

RitaLeader14 In reply to AverageAnimeGirl [2017-02-05 04:17:14 +0000 UTC]
Make sure the eye bones are bone type 5. in PMX editor, you press Rotation+ and then the both eyes bone in the GR Box.

Can you help withย xxitzmint.deviantart.com/art/Pโฆ ? When I move the eyes, they fly off of the head. Someone told me I should try making new eye bones, but I don't know how to do that. Could you make a tutorial on that, please?
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to XxItzMint [2017-02-05 01:38:31 +0000 UTC]
The eye is not weighed properly. It needs to be weighed.
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
XxItzMint In reply to RitaLeader14 [2017-02-05 14:46:42 +0000 UTC]
It worked, but now the 'both eye' bone doesn't move them, and the eyes can roll slightly off of the head..
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to XxItzMint [2017-02-05 15:11:06 +0000 UTC]
Hmmmmm make sure the eye bones are bone type 5 or dark blue in the bone tab. Then put in the 3rd box under the child bone box the number of the both eyes bone in that box for both eyes
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
XxItzMint In reply to RitaLeader14 [2017-02-05 15:40:11 +0000 UTC]
I don't exactly understand..can you reword that? All three of the eye bones are already type 5..
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to XxItzMint [2017-02-05 15:44:32 +0000 UTC]
The both eyes bone should not be type 5 that needs to be type 0. Only the eye bones should be bone type 5, but both eyes should be type 0
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
XxItzMint In reply to RitaLeader14 [2017-02-05 17:44:32 +0000 UTC]
If the type 0 bones are light blue, then it's fine. If not, then is there a way to change the bone types?
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to XxItzMint [2017-02-05 17:52:19 +0000 UTC]
It depends if you use PMX or PMD. In PMX it's harder for me to change bone types.ย

Heya! I was wondering if you maybe knew why my model's Iris are both not disappearing as they should when I close the eyes or make them blink?
They appear right over the eyelid..
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to Squidacious [2016-10-31 01:05:49 +0000 UTC]
They are probably not weighed to the head properly.
A. The eyes bone above the head is probably not following the head properly (Make sure the head is it's parent bone)
B. The L and R eye are not connected to the head.

okay this worked but i have a question.
when i move the model in mmd the eyes bone won't move.
like i can move the eyes but when i move the center bone and make the model move the bone is still in the center idk why.
i'll probably fix it before you answer anyway.. ย

You probably don't have the eyes weighed to the eye bones.

Hmm. Well are the eye bones type 5? Not the one above the head but the ones for the eyes. To make those Type 5 in PMX editor, There is a box in the top right corner labeled "Deform Hier" Put 2 in that box. Make sure the buttons below it in "Performance" row are "Rot" "Display" and "OP" Then go to "Rotation +" and select that button near the bottom left. That should turn the eye bones into type 5. So remember, Deform Hier: 2. Selected buttons, "Rot, Display and OP" and then "Rotation +." If this doesn't work, I'll send you a screen shot. I hope this helps you.ย
