Ayyyy!! Better two months late than...eventually, right?I plan to upload May's tutorial soon as well.

How do you get those sharp edges when erasing the shaded bits? I've tried doing that myself but it's never turns out right.

I think she uses a drawing tablet, which you can change a setting to apply pen pressure, the lighter you press, the thinner the lines, and hard you press, the thick the lines.

This tutorial was very helpful. I've been trying to figure out a bit more on the cell shading piece lately, and this helped confirm a few of the things on what I should and shouldn't do for it.

This would be for the outlining, but using a thin brush pen works well. If you don't have a brush pen, doing a thin outline then, using a thin-tipped pen, going back over it and making the center of the lines thicker could also work too.

just sort of take your pencil and make the lines thicker by following the lines over and over again...

Dear god, I never would have been able to produce my last three pieces without the help of the handy undo-button on my drawing tablet. Every line is drawn five times before I'm satisfied with how it looks. XD
