This reminds me so much of my Dad and I. He blames himself for a lot, and I keep telling him that I made my own mistakes. And that what's good about 'me' came from him anyway. We're an awful lot like Nick and his Dad, here.

Well, if we do get a sequel, it's going to be 4-5 years away. Β So I need all the good fanfics and comics I can get
I really don't know why Disney hasn't done more for Zootopia. Β There's hardly any merchandise, and little hope for a sequel. Β You'd think after how well it did, and how much material they have already available, that a sequel would be a no brainer. Β They already have the research, character models, and several other time-consuming assets done from the first film, so it should be much faster/cheaper to do it a 2nd time.

Judy's acknowledgement of how John feels is epic. Nick may not have forgiven her without the help of his father showing him what it was like. So Nick kind of followed in his father's footsteps? The concept is just amazing!

This is heartwarming. I hope that if Zootopia makes a sequel, we get to see Nick's parents. We only seen his mom, minus her face, and not his dad.

You and me both! I liked Nick's concept dad very much, since he actually was an inspiration for his son. Most Disney dads are just... not present or an overprotective stereotype like Stu for Judy.
