Excuse me, I love this tutorial, it helped me a LOT. BUT: how light should I make the drawing so I can actually see that I'm tracing over it, I tried this and it ended up looking weird at the end xD maybe i need more practice is all?

Hm, what do you mean?
If the drawing is already dark, then dont invert it, just draw over it in white.
but if the drawing is white, invert it to make it dark and draw over it in white.
I hope that solved the problem D:
You could upload an example and show me?

Ah, I mean like..how light should I make the drawing-sketch- so that I can draw over it and still be able to see details (like in the first pannel of this tutorial). Maybe it just happens on my scanner, if the pictures too light, it deletes details, if the sketch is to dark, it's hard to go over it with MSpaint's black pencil because I can bearly see it through the gray outlines, if you will o: but maybe I'll figure it out if I practice with my scanner anyway
like this : [link] if the drawing is too dark on some parts, like the lines of the sketch, it'd be hard to go over. But if it's light and I can still se the detail, I think I could pull it off...

Oh i get what you mean now.
With my pictures, i dont change it at all i just scan it and line it right away.
But if youre having too much trouble, you can download paint.Net (Google it) for free and use the Brightness/contrast setting under the "Adusjments" menu to change how light/dark the sketch is C:

Oh thankyou! Yes, i've figured it out yesterday xDD so i'm currently lining something. Unfortunately: it's HUGE and I started lining and am too lazy to start over oh well

i have a problem with the Ctrl+E thing
i can do that, and then the attributes window pops up and i select black&white
after i have done that i click OK
but then another window pops up and it says:
"Converting black&white cannot be undone. This action affects file and may cause some loss of color information. Do you want to continue?".
If i click yes it deletes my originaly drawing and turns everything black, if i click no it does nothing..

Converting it to black and white wont make a picture actually black and white, it will turn the whole thing usually black.
If your trying to do the lineart trick, it will only work if the lineart is real white, otherwise itll just turn black.
