Here's a weird question: What if Nintendo was able to use Disney characters in their fighting game? How different would it have been? Let's start with the first game in their long running series, Disney All-Stars.Base Roster

Winnie the Pooh
Secret Characters
Donald Duck

Alice

I picked these characters because I figured they would've been the most iconic Disney properties for 1999. Tron is a very unconventional Disney representative, which is why I think he'd be cool as a secret unlockable. Kinda like Captain Falcon. Alice is like this game's Ness. And of course, Mickey's classic black and white appearance would be an alternate costume.
These twelve characters would become synonymous with Disney All-Stars, being featured in every sequel to come. Two years later, Nintendo and Disney would join forces once again to create a sequel...
