Edit: Adding some more to help make this tut more unique and helpful xDDedicated to all mouse artists who think they can't do what tablet users can
Play around with the pen tool and brush settings to get the desired look you like.
**This method works just fine with tablets as well
Should work with versions 7+.

i did how it hould be in Photoshop and it dosent work. i have a older version of photoshop
theres a triangle in the controll point where the "pen pressure is and it sayes i need a tablet to use it

Did the stroke thingy, but took so long, like it took me 30 minutes, which is half of my computer time restricted by my parents. T-T

How long it takes depends on a lot of factors. How detailed the picture is, how accustomed you are to the process, etc.

I'm not sure what brush you're referring to. This works with any brush of any size. It all depends on what you want. I just used one of the default brushes.
