Cool, cool. I had similar to alcohol results with nail polish remover (even the acetate free one, well, it does contain alcohol after all! ), but it smells very strongly, even stronger than working just with alcohol.

Thanks I've heard nail polish works similarly. I'm pretty accustomed to the smell of rubbing alcohol and the like nowadays thanks to using Copics, haha. xD But it can get stinky!

That's the thing, I love the smell of copics and usually can be in room where they are used (by me) without any issues at all, but the nail polish remover caused me a minor headache. :S Also, (this might be obvious but...) nail polish remover should be the non-oily kind!
Your tutorials are very interesting and good, btw!

I used to mind, now it doesn't bother me. Nail polish remover does have a different smell though, definitely stronger x'D Nice catch! That's the reason why I didn't like the baby oil, haha.
Thanks so much though!

A blending stump could work too Definitely much easier to control compared to cotton balls. ^^

Nice. I did not think of using the ear stick. Now I use a blending stump and before when I did not have one I used toothpicks (cut one of the pointy ends and then roll a piece of napkin around it) but the ear stick sound interesting... I will try it. Thank you.

Thanks It's not a must, as long as it can hold the alcohol and bleed it out in a controllable manner
Blending stumps should work fine. You're welcome though ^^

I tried q-tips before. I didn't like it. Always better with blending stumps and tortillions.

You definitely don't have to use q-tips, just what I had at the time and I didn't mind using them A water brush might work too! Though I need to get around to buying one xD
