He's a Dutch Budgerigar (budgie), 3.5 years old.

i used to have budgies too. green and blue ones your bird has interesting colours!! not the usual blue breast but blue and white. pretty!

i must say.... it reminds me of a parrot from my childhood. a very close family neighbours had two parrots like that one. one a male and a female, so that he would never be alone. and i used to play with one of them... i also have some pics... it was so much fun to play with them...they used to eat from my hand when i went to those neighbours of mine... so good times...

thanks for the fav but mostly the kind words...he's quite a brat, on his way from a young adult, he has become king of the cage where he rules over the 7 other budgies...all the clever ones become quite tame and tend to act well with the humans...
