Quick question, though. I can't get my Airbrush Pen Opacity Flow brush to do that fade effect.
Do I have to set my flow and opacity levels to certain levels?

you need to enable airbrush capacity. that is the little icon next to the opacity and flow.
if it still doesn't work, it might be your wacom settings.
