Description
-----edit-----I posted some more progress to the threat I once started for this project at this [link]
-----edit-----
Just a barn...or shed, whatever.
Done with Photoshop, Blender 2.45 and Indigo 1.0.4. Rendered for something like 9 hours.
It's far from done, I want to make it really detailed and believable, but I wanted to do a test-render.
Hope you like it.
Sander

Nice little scene.
Ground looks too flat, but I'm sure once the texture is right-side-up, it'll make a better rocky illusion.
What's Indigo like? is it open source like Blender? I've been meaning to teach myself all the open source stuff, becuase there might come a day (especially in this economy).

I agree with others about ground tile but don't worry, you are insane enough to achieve that kind of realism, this technical issues can be managed easily with your skills.
Actually, I'd recommend you to find a subject in your scene. I mean, I can see here just some workshop with tools and etc. You are creating an amazingly deatiled work here and this scene really needs a story. You can enhance your scene with a story, just put an object, someone or something in the focal point that evokes some emotions.
Congrats and good luck!

thanks pal, that's exactly what I'm busy with at the moment. I thought of having a light beam hitting a certain special object or something, but didn't came to it. thanks for the crit, really appreciated

Incredibly detailed. The only thing that gives it away for not being a photo is the ground. It looks like a flat texture and doesn't seem to have any depth. I'd advise adding some actual rocks into the scene to give it that needed depth.
If I was a client and I got this back as a 'test' render I'd be stoked.

Thanks client, glad you are stoked . I know about the ground, I've made a bump-map for it and made it a bit more uneven with some actual rocks and grasses. But I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep it, a weary concrete floor might be better...
But thanks for the crit pal.

great sander
love the blur at the top and the casio box and game system box. Great details, and just enough clutter.
looks real to me

My! This is already at a believable level, I might say. Fantastic! How did you do the ground? It's so seamless.

im an idiot, floor is upside down... it's just a good tileable texture whats yer mail, ill mail it to ye for I don't wish it to be spread on the inet
but glad you think it has resonable detail level. still working on more objects and better materials, but, who knows, some day i get there. finished some exams at school so i have more time now
