A lot of people were asking me how I did my pixel avvies... So yeah... this is how I do them... ._.Mister Poop is going to help you out XD
My tutorial is crap >.< I know it's really confusing, so you'll be pretty lucky if you can interpret it >.<
Used 's icon as an example. I hope you don't mind ._.

ummm... when u make the eyes and other close and stuff, you have to erase the eyes, THEN draw like a half closed eyes over it. rite? but if u erase it, dont u have to recolor the pink, strawberry part? cuz its like, impoosible to erase the eyes unless u recolor everything?

wait... so how do you color the lineart?

You lock the lineart layer and just colour on it with the colour you want ^^ Once you lock a layer, it colours only the area that has previous colour on it.

i used this tutorial when i was drawing this icon, but for the animation i switched over to MS paint and then finally put it all together in animation shop ^^
it was just easier for me that way, seeing as how im used to animating my icons by making the different movements in MS paint and then putting the slides together in animation shop, but this definitely helped with the drawing and shading, made it a lot easier for me ^^

My animation stops blinking after the first "row". I made it blink once slowly,and then twice quick. But after it's done that it stops
