Nice little trick, and well-organized tutorial. I find it slightly hard to read, just because of the combination of background colour and font colour; picking a darker, more neutral tone for the background would really help.

Yes because here I wanted it to be quite soft but as I said you can change the distance of the streaks in order to make this effect more visible
