I'm hoping that it's mostly self explanatory. It's a little time consuming, but the process is really basic. If you have any questions otherwise, I'll do my best to answer them. Aside from that, enjoy. ^^

Can't download the brush pack? You can use a normal hard round brush with some edited settings. It won't have the exact same effect, but it should work. I haven't tried it out extensively, but feel free to let me know if you do and what settings you end up using.

Opacity: 10-15%
Air brush settings (on)
Fade: 50
Hardness: 50% (or less)
