I have to admit, that was kind of funny. I didn't even know about Mamanbou's actual PokΓ©dex entry until I've read this, assuming that it's real.
The dead Luvdisc looks kind of disturbing, though.

all the writing there is actually from the pokedex entry, swiped from bulbapedia, which does raise the question of what it actually does with injured aquatic creatures.
Of course they do the above to all Luvdisc. Hell, the Mamanbou probably hurt it in the first place. Disturbingness was entirely intentional too; you ever seen a dried seahorse? they are nightmare fuel, and I don't imagine a dead discus fish to be any less creepy.

The last panel pretty much sums up my dissappointment in how Luvdisc failed to be related to Mamanbou in any way whatsoever. You can't even get heart scales off them.
