I'm kinda parched right now....I swear no matter how much water I drink, no matter how many showers I take, and NO matter how many laps I swim in the 24 Hour Fitness pool, I still feel dehydrated. Maybe it's the fact that we haven't gotten any decent rain since October. And where I live right now it's drier than Ben Stein's cardboard accent. Dx
I WANT IT TO RAIN!!! NAOOOOW!!!
So to remedy the lack of meteorological moisture here, I drew a chibified Jet getting caught in a downpour. And naturally, for someone who has hair that stands by itself, he prolly wouldn't be caught dead without his umbrella, cuz his mane's important to him and doesn't want it getting wet.
*Btw his colors are based off his outfit from the episode "The Hero" (except for his boots), in case anyone noticed.
*I think now I feel somewhat quenched, but not quite. ;/

X3 I think this is the first chibi I've seen from you. And he's so CUTE! I could tuck him into my jacket he's just that adorable. And I can pet him! Think of how soft his hair would be <3.
Oooooo I really like your rain effect and how his coat has that sheen to it. I actually think you're great at drawing any kind of weather effect.

He would have pretty soft hair when the water deactivates the ammonium thioglycolate in his tresses...either that or he uses the strongest conditioner known to man.
I wanted to draw something with a nice wet effect; and plus when you scroll around here for tutorials and save them to your hard drive, there's no reason you can't learn how to do special effects and other weather scenery.

Gosh I'm nearly tempted now to try some weather effects. I've never done any but like you said with them already saved your hard drive why not learn. >_> Now I just need some inspiration... *sudden idea* Doh DX I need to finish the other pictures first.

Aw, cute! I noticed that his color palette is the same as his "Hero" outfit the moment I saw him!
Poor Jet looks like he wasn't expecting the downpour to be THIS bad ;c I like how the rain is hitting is nose XD I bet its not easy to protect both his hair AND nose at the same time. Does an umbrella that wide even exist?
