Description

When Billy shouts, “Triceratops”, he morphs into the Blue Ranger. Billy was considered one of the best students at Angel Grove High School. His strong intelligence was a great asset to both him and the other Power Rangers. At first, Billy was not very confident, which made him a frequent target of Bulk and Skull’s bullying. After he became the Blue Ranger, he developed into a strong and confident individual.

Billy's intelligence would help the Rangers save the world on many occasions. When the Command Center was damaged, Zordon lost and Alpha incapacitated, it was his invention, the RADBUG that allowed the Rangers to travel to the Command Center. (MMPR1: Green With Evil) He performed a wide array of tasks, ranging from creating the method for which the Ranger's would use initially to infiltrate Rita's Dark Dimension (MMPR1: The Green Candle), to disarming the lock-out mechanism for Alpha's activated self-destruct (MMPR2: The Wanna-be Ranger), and many other achievements.

As a kid, Billy had a fear of aquatic life. When the Goo Fish attacked, Rita cast a spell on him to make his fear unbearable. However the spell was quickly broken, and after the Goo Fish was destroyed, Billy started to enjoy activities such as fishing a little more. (MMPR1: Something Fishy)

The Blue Ranger powers were lost after Rito Revolto’s surprise attack. Billy and the other Power Rangers traveled through the Desert of Despair to speak with Ninjor, the original creator of the Power Coins. After some convincing, Ninjor granted him the powers of the Blue Ninja Ranger and command of the Wolf Ninjazord. (MMPR3: Ninja Quest)During this time, Billy would also take command of the Blue Shogunzord. (MMPR3: Changing of the Zords)
After Master Vile turned back time, Billy was turned into a child again. (MMPR3: Rangers in Reverse) He invented a machine to restore himself and the Rangers to their proper age, but the Ninja Power Coins were destroyed by Goldar before anyone else could use it. (MMPR3: Climb Every Fountain) While the other Rangers went in search of the Zeo subcrystals, Billy acted as a liaison between Earth and the Aquitian Rangers.
