Thank you, I'm glad you've been enjoying this set so far! It was really hard deciding which ten photos to use, since I've accumulated a lot of pictures over the years haha. XD

Also your letters came today! The weird thing is that one is dated from January and the other I think was from February (since it talks about Valentine's Day, but it wasn't dated), but they both got here at the same time! Crazy postal system! But it was a real treat seeing both letters in the mailbox and it made my day! Thank you!

Oh, seems like they took quite some time to get there!
But I'm glad you got both of them, and that they made it there safely. Wasn't sure if they would get there before you moved. XD

It does seem that the post office is hit and miss huh? Over the summer, I had sent some letters out to friends, but two of them never got it! Hopefully it's just really late though haha! Maybe I should start using those carrier pigeons instead.

Oh, I'm sorry that it seems like some mails you sent got lost.
But perhaps they're just late, you know how slow the post office can be at times. XD
You should try that out, perhaps it's faster than regular mail. XD

At the very least though, I have gotten into the habit of taking photos of all the letters I send out (in case they get lost), so I can still "send" a copy of them to the recipients! The downside though is that I have so many photos on my computer that finding them is quite a conundrum in itself... XD

Haha indeed! I've got a soft spot for things like the Pony Express as well!

That's a good idea, but if you have hundreds of photos just finding the right ones can be a challenge. XD

Haha indeed! It’s probably closer to 70,000 photos honestly! XD For the Pony Express, it was briefly used to deliver mail and some supplies to the west during the Civil War, since they needed faster communication. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a financial success and the leaders went bankrupt, plus later telegraph lines were installed, rendering the Pony Express sadly useless.
