History:

When she was bloomed in Hyrule, her mother and father were fighting off a Moledos, a creature that feeds off of large plant roots, deku scrubs, kikwi/other sentient plant/animal based creatures, or in this case, deku birthing flowers. Her parents saw the Moledos going for their newly bloomed daughter and ran over to protect her while sharply whistling to their clan for help. The Moledos, undeterred at first, continued its advance on the baby deku and her mother, Lilium, ran over to grab her daughter as her father Rilan moved to fight off the monster. Sadly, the Moledos still got its meal, being her father, and slinked off back to the hole it came from while dragging his body away.

They stayed in Hyrule for 4 years before another Tunnel scrub colony shoved them out of their home, this is when they begin their journey to Termina. The migration was not without its hardships however, and the colony lost many brave souls along the way from the dangerous journey. On the day they finally reached Termina, they decided to take a break. Suddenly, one member of the colony let out a sharp whistle, a warning cry, and a monster startled the few remaining Deku. They ran for their lives since they were too tired and weak to fight, but unfortunately Rilani was left behind in the panic.

Luckily for her, she was found by a mute fairy who quickly flew over seeing a toddler Deku all on their own. They helped care for her for 6 years until one day she became sick and it left to find herbs to help her get better, but for some reason they never returned. Rilani, unsure what to do, sat and waited.

After a few days of sitting and waiting, she saw a white haired man walking through the forest. She grew nervous, never seeing someone like this, and moved to hide. The man, however, noticed her movement and moved over to investigate. Upon finding her, he seemed to know this scared little Deku needed help and spent over an hour chasing her as she ran in fear. When he finally caught her, he sat with her for a while so she could see he wasn't going to hurt her. When she calmed down, he slowly stood and took her back to Clocktown to help her get better.

When he saw her personality as she slowly got better and more used to him, he decided to 'adopt' her and this is when her new life, with her new name being Starla, begins~

Character Trivia:
She knows, even with being young, that if Akumu didn't catch and help her when he did, she might have died alone and scared. So, their beginning is bittersweet, but it makes Starla love him more because he went out of his way to save her. This is part of why she was so quick to call him 'Papa'
She can speak, but sometimes she forgets words or does baby talk because she's still learning
Her first word to Akumu was her attempt at saying 'Papa', which came out as 'Piipii' with the 'ii' being little squeaks. This, understandably, made Akumu practically melt from joy
Is very skilled in music, especially singing and humming, a trait of the tunnel scrubs
Loves Eclipse and usually takes naps with him nearby or while holding him
Like Akumu, Aurora's little Aurora Borealis helps calm her down
The cat toy, necklace, dress, and little cloak were all gifts from Akumu. The necklace and toy he made himself~
She can be VERY rambunctious and hyper, she IS 10 AND a Tunnel Scrub after all. LOTS of energy!
Akumu made the GRAVE mistake of giving tea to Starla. Mint tea. She took one sip and it was enough for him to realize to NEVER GIVE HER MINT AGAIN.
If/when she eventually meets them, she'll consider Midas and his gang as family. Uncle Midas or Uncle Mai-Mai when she's feeling playful, Aunty Lyn, Uncle Renny or 'Syrup Head' if Rennakii annoys her, and Uncle Kai for Kaiser
Midas and Rennakii teach her a lot about being a Tunnel Scrub since Akumu can't do that very well
