Well you can't expect to see far future powered armor in a time setting like Fallout, which I'm pretty sure if more like current day. Everything needs to be setting specific.

I'm loving the amount of detail on the elemental, though personally I'd have gone with some sort of arm coverings more like the cold Rush Dev. Course that's just me and my fixation on armored forms. I can't wait to see where you go with this.

The arms of both are using the same kind of muscle suit, it's just thicker on this one. I'm not quite happy with it right now so I may simplify it down like the other a bit anyway.
