Description This is my submission for our latest pack in

Dont you hate when planets get in the way? Youd think theyd be better at dodging.

Anyway, this was made in photoshop 7.0, and the asteroids were rendered, textured, massaged, and loved in 3dsmax.

I know how much you guys like it when things blow up, so here you go. Loveable chaos.

Give it a home on your desktop.

I hear what dinyctis is saying.

The textures on your asteroids are just awesome and the detail is very nice, though i'm not feeling the image too much. But its your style and i respect you for being different.

Great piece

I haven't even thought about my piece for the pack i've been too busy with my collab piece which is taking days of work.

i need a bigger monitor, so that i can display this baby at full size, instead of cropping or shrinking, without my icons shrinking to nothing

Your not dead! This is amazing man, truly is. I love your imagination on how you bring together the most brilliant show of cosmic life onto our desktops . This (along with many other submissions from you) is one for the record books as outstanding. The shading and the color match up beautifully with one another and it comes together in the end with such a surreal feel to it. Sorry for rambling, awesome work once again my friend .

This IS my next desktop... after I'm done reveling in my latest... this one is it.... this rules... and I am envious... Great work.

I absolutley love it. Your planet almost reminds me of a giant space eyeball about to be blinded. And the colors and shading in the space in the background is so beautifully made.

This is going on my wallpaper right now. +fav

you already have a signature style, which is warm colors and really detailed asteroids. It wouldnt be fair to say exploding things, since only a small fraction of your work is based on them.

I like the angle at which this is portrayed, and that is all that i can say

The detail on the asteroids are stunning... they alone are quite impressive! Great sense of motion on the impact site, an the molten rock running through the surface cracks of the planet is a brilliant touch. Great work.

A wonderful piece!! Nice going, *shirosynth!
If I may make a suggestion, I would add some light at the bottom left hand side of the main planet. To me, it seems a bit strange that its really dark. But that's just what I think.
Good work, again!
