She had a slight pink colour to her in the film. It looks like she was dipped in liquid Turkish delight in this picture. No offense, it's still drawn well

Oh, it's definitely drawn well, it's very well drawn. I don't understand why ALL the Efrafans had to be prinkish with blue eyes and blue bags under their eyes, though...

It probably made it easier to distinguish them from the other rabbits. I pictured her a creamish colour when I read the book.

I never thought they were pink at all. They were dark brown on all my screens. In certain light they had a very slight pink hue, though it coulda been red?

Doesn't Hyzenthlay mean "fur shining like dew" or something like that?
I kind of imagine her being a sort of... silvery color, dew makes me think of white or silver.
Maybe gray with a touch of brown.

Yeah, I think it meant something like that. I haven't read the book for a while, though. But I do remember something like that. Also, she's a wild BritishΒ rabbit, so I wouldn't expect her fur to be white. It hardly snows anywhere in England. A silvery colour, perhaps, but I have never head of a silver or grey coloured wild rabbit before.

I have always wonder about this doe violet... And silver.
Violet was always so close to silver?
Were they mates or siblings/ cousins?
Somehow to me they looks relativ because they have the same Colors??
- anyway when she died no one gets sad? Even not silver who was close to her. they all only gets skocked after her dead, fiver was the only one who gets kinda sad/scared.

Everyone goes on about how Hyzenthlay was important, and how it was horrible that she was taken away for the TV series, but...guys, she goes blonde and changes her name to Primrose! (...in a metaphorical way.)

I see the TV series Blackberry as Violet.
And to me, Primrose is Hyzenthlay, only with a different name, colors, and design.

You know it's been stated time and again that she is Hazel's mate, but i've read both books, the original and the not so detailed sequel, but there is not one sentence that states that she shacks up with him.

u know u can actually find the series on youtube. 1st season in thunderpath's channel and the third season in angelnekojin's channel. angelnekojin is uploading the 2nd soon so just wait. and i dont know why all u guys hate the series so much. it's actually not that bad. it is alot different from the movie, but it's not a bad adaptation. the way they mix the order up but still keep the same storyline is pretty good so yay for the movie and the series

I don't hate the series, but I don't like it.
I found it stupid, childish, idiotic, and boring. However, these were my opinions when I watched it when I was 6 years old. Worse thing I've ever seen... at 6.
When I was 5 I watched the original movie and loved it.
I'm not willing to watch that series again, at all, but if I did, perhaps my opinion may change?
But to me, they changed way too much for me to be able to actually like it, but it has the potential to become a neutral opinion.

I don't think Primrose and Hyzenthlay are the same charries, maybe though.
I think they are two different rabbits, being that the series is completely different from the book or movie.
The movie and book were so deep, the warren fight and what not.
They completely ruined it in the series.

Fine rendering of the chars. Hyzenthlay is very beautiful. She has guts to follow Bigwig. Threarah was not so bad a tyrant and I thought he was quite nice. I hate Toadflax. *Socks him in his evil eyes* He was mean to Fiver. Cowslips are for every rabbit, not just Owslas!

lol, in the movie, i love how violet just gets eaten by the crow. We were awtching the movie after we read the book in class, and when violet died, we were all like 'WHO THE FUCK IS VIOLET?!?!? THERE GOES THE ONLY DAMNED FEMALE!' and my teacher just nodded and laughed.

I really liked Hyzenthlay too. She was an interesting, strong female character
I was pretty upset because of Primrose's cahracter replacing Hyzenthlay, and didn't like Primrose. I'm not anymore as upset about her, but she's still not one of my favourites.
