General Personality: James is cold, dark and keeps to himself. He's very angry and vengeful to those who hurt him and hates seeing others happy. He's stubborn but can also be very loyal. He has skills as a trained assassin and is a little brainwashed to the side of evil.

Bad Traits: He is very angry and full of hate.

Quirks: He doesn't like being touched having been experimented on as a child. He is extremely loyal to his father.

PROS: He can make dark red flames from his powers and will them to do anything he wants.
CONS: His fire is fueled by his rage and he doesn't always have control over it.

Background:
As a young boy James lived happily with his mother, her husband and his sister Dinah. He was a sweet, caring boy though a little different as his abilities with fire manifested. When he was five his power was noticed by the organization Cadmus and they kidnapped him from his home. He was experimented on and given Draconic DNA as they sought to make a weapon powerful enough to defend the world for the government. When he was ten one of their creations helped him escape, feeling sorry for the young boy. James flew from the labs and made his way back to Gotham City where he searched for his family. Cold and hungry the young boy was found by the loving Harper family. Seeing their happiness his fire abilities surfaced in his pain and sadness and he killed Mr. and Mrs. Harper. He fled the scene and was found by Ra's al Ghul after the incident. Seeing the boy Ra's realized that James was his son and took the boy with him. He manipulated and twisted James' mind in making him believe Ra's was his only family left and that his League of Assassins or League of Shadows would help take care of him. James gave his unwavering loyalty, trust and love to his father as Ra's raised him and trained him to be a skilled, deadly assassin. His training complete after ten years, James was sent out on numerous missions. One of which being to destroy the Arrow family with Ra's knowing James' malice for those who are happier than himself and with loving families. In this way he's had quite a few battles with the League and the Team.
