where is few tutorial's on how to make armour, i only have this one finished and one thats is only pictures when im trying to raise a helmet from 1 piece.
there might be more in the future, but i have to see when i have time to do it and dont get carried away by my work and forgets to take pictures xD

After the completion the steel is on the thinnest part about 1,1-1,2mm and my other bucklers i have done have been about 0,9-0,8mmand stood up against long sword cut so this one can stand up to that and a little more now
I started with 1,5mm steel this time instead of 1,25mm steel
hehe yes, it seems to be quite popular, hehe of course you like the C. mark i got it from you ^^

Yes indeed, the power shears is a great tool to use!
And yes it's Cold forged all the way from the beginning to the end
