Finding shops after Warptide was tricky, to say the least. The deelagun's destruction had swept all across the town, destroying buildings without a hint of mercy. Verdigris understood that the houses were at the top of the priority and the general store had all the things he would need to do silly things like eat, but it was still frustrating when some of his favorite shops were still out of commission a few months later.

Verdgris was wandering the shops looking for someone, anyone, who could patch his favorite shawl. The Rattle's Rest was still being rebuilt, which meant performing outside to earn money for both his little family and his beloved pub. This meant that the hazards of performing outside presented themselves, such as a gust of wind blowing his very lovely, very expensive shawl down the alley and into the mouth of a stray runeboo who successfully tore a hole in it before he could get it back. He was not at all pleased with this and wanted it fixed ASAP.

He hadn't been having much luck and was starting to lose hope before he noticed a vaguely familiar gro handing off a package to a pleased looking quad. It took him a minute to place a soul with the face before he remembered seeing the gro running a tailor's shop prior to the deelagun's attack. Perhaps he had even had the biped work on some of his clothes? He wasn't sure, but he was desperate at this point, no harm in asking if they knew how to sew, right?

"Excuse me!" Verdigris signaled to the biped as the red quad walked off, "You look like you might know your way around a shirt. A rectangular piece of silk is something that you can repair, yes?"
