Description

It had started out a peaceful night. Renae was not particularly hungry, but if she came upon the opportunity to bully another off their meal, she would. She had been strolling the woods for just a few minutes when the bitter smell of fresh blood filled her nose. Luck was on her side tonight. She set out in search of the source, only needing to travel for another few short minutes before finding a lone female breaking the skin of a small doe, preparing to fill her belly.

Renae wasted no time, instantly leaping into action and slamming her body against the other's. Her opponent was stocky but smaller than Renae, making them fairly equal in weight. A startled yelp sounded from the darker female as she was suddenly torn away from her meal and pinned to the ground. She wasted no time to cry out in defense. "Take the food! I won't fight you on it, you can have it!" Renae pressed her weight further down onto her, a snarl slithering out between clenched teeth. "Please! Let me go! I have a family! They need me!" She continued, eyes stinging with the threat of tears. Renae remained silent, jaws beginning to part and her snarl increasing in intensity.

"Please!"

Renae made a quick movement.

Snap.

Silence.
