Description Welp... no going back now.

While I would originally do the 'Unstoppable Forces/Tanks' You're SPECIAL first, since I did that right after the protagonists one, the base special of those characters was boosted up from the Base 40, betraying the idea of roleplaying them for FO3 without mods or putting points into Intense Workout for example. So I have to actually make changes to their initial SPECIAL compared to maintaining the original BASE special I did three years ago, like I did with this one. If you are curious how I came to attributing the points into each of their respective characters, check out www.deviantart.com/somethinggu… for clarification. As for how I attribute perk points, the side companions seem to be lacking in terms of details to give them perks compared to their main protagonists, so instead I did it at 'Level 65' rather than Level 75. I might change that when I do unstoppable forces, but for other previous You're SPECIALS, 65 will have to do. Unless Malevolent Relics or Antagonists have more on the table, there really isn't much convincing me otherwise.

As for the vectors I used, the Calamity vector was made by Candy-Muffin and the P-21 Vector was made by slowlearner46 . I Like consistency and intend to do vectors made by the same artist, but there wasn't any other Calamity vector other than one by a certain 'Vector-Brony' that I overused previously, so CandyMuffin's has to do. With the technical drivel out of the way, here are the perks and explanations!

STRENGTH

Steady Aim

Calamity - Seeing that Calamity mainly uses a battle saddle for his combat, it would only make sense that he would rely on aiming from the hip (or 'shoulder'?) rather from a actual sight.

Strong Back

Calamity - Being a literal pack rat, there isn't anything that Calamity won't take that doesn't belong to anyone. With a Perk level of 5, the Far Harbor DLC will be required in order for this to work for you. Otherwise, Calamity is at level 4 strong back with a level 3 steady aim.

Heavy Gunner

Calamity - On top of using said battle saddle is said weapons having a tendency to be heavier on the person. Heavy Machineguns, sniper rifles, rocket launchers, Calamity likes them big and strapped on his back.

Blacksmith

Calamity - While Calamity likes his pilfering and scavenging, Calamity's secret talent is repair. good at tinkering with a number of broken weapons, Calamity knows his way around fidgeting a weapon to work.

P-21 - While P-21 has some finesse with more explosive equipment, he's not one to get his hooves dirty on the fundamentals of fixing items.

Iron Fist

P-21 - Seeing that P-21 is not prone to attacking with guns, or out in the open, it's only sensible that P-21 would use his mitts for close ranged combat when his explosive ordinance falters.

PERCEPTION

Night Person

P-21 - Being the 'quiet pony' of the group, P-21 likes to isolate himself often, either in combat or in person. Being stuck in a vault also helps with his tendency to comfort isolation and darkness, helping with his keen eye.

Demolition Expert

P-21 - P-21 is the kind of pony to believe in the trajectory of a grenade. On top of his clever use of disarming mines, rearming mines, and pocketing armed mines into certain enemies, P-21 is a savant in all things explosive. His signature Grenade Launcher makes him fearful in how well he can use the Grenade's trajectory to his advantage.

Locksmith

P-21 - P-21 is definitely the one who is trusted with breaking through tough pins. Even giving Blackjack the confidence to try it out herself, P-21, having learned his way through a lockpick through his numerous escapes from Vault 99 as well as his careful attention to mines around the wasteland, makes him nearly proficient at the form.

Awareness

P-21 - P-21 is considerably more aware than Calamity when it comes to the ability of enemies, and him being particularly good at hiding, gives him more opportunity to read his enemy. You need the Nuka World DLC in order to get Awareness to level 2. Otherwise, his Awareness is at level 1 and his Lockpick is at Level 4.

Calamity - While Calamity has had some groundwork on the earth to understand what to watch out for, Calamity is not exactly subtle with his tendency to run into combat gleefully, like in his Enclave days.

Rifleman

Calamity - One thing Calamity has over P-21 is his ability to use guns, of any kind. P-21 absolutely hates using guns, and often shoots his allies accidentally when using one. Calamity knows how to grit his teeth in order to get his guns to fire, and is a sharpshooter at that, which is no surprise given his nickname 'Deadshot'.

Pickpocket

P-21 - While P-21 can't literally swap out someones clothes that they are currently wearing, P-21 can sneak armed mines into enemies for a explosive surprise, as well as other pickpocketing needs. Still, he has some competition compared to Littlepip.

ENDURANCE

Chem Resistant

P-21 - P-21's usage and eventual addiction to Med-X makes him slightly resistant to chems, but seeing that he had a near suicidal bent on Med-X, like with Littlepip, is only slightly resistant.

Lifegiver

Calamity - Being the hardier of the group (over Steelhooves), Calamity can take quite a beating, assuming you can even hit him.

P-21 - While P-21 has had enough heartache to take some hits, especially with Med-x numbing most of it, P-21 isn't one to get himself into danger and rather evade it.

Lead Belly

Calamity - Seeing that Calamity was a grounded pegasus, Calamity needed to learn how to live off the land. So with that in mind, he can easily douse some unpurifiied water with little to no negative effect on him.

Toughness

Calamity - Again, with Calamity having more military experience with being with the Enclave, the toughness also includes the equipment he tends to haul around, primarily his battle saddle.

P-21 - Much like with Lifegiver, P-21 has had some experience with dealing with pain, but can only really deal with so much. His bum leg was a daunting pain for him to deal with for a grand majority of his lifetime.

CHARISMA

Animal Friend

Calamity - being a more local kinded Pegasus lended Calamity some kindness with the animals of the wasteland, particularly of Velvet Remedy's pet phoenix Philomena. While not able to command animals to his will to fight, he can definitely befriend a mangy dog.

Lady Killer

P-21 - You might be surprised to find P-21, the quiet pony of the group, to be a seducer. But because of his overtly homosexual tendencies to other male ponies (as a result of his experience in Vault 99), he can get under the skin of other male ponies, making him uniquely able to seduce those of the same sex.

Calamity - Calamity's 'southern hospitality' does surprise some female ponies, getting the attraction of Velvet Remedy in spite of Littlepip's swoon for her.

Cap Collector

Calamity - Seeing that Calamity is a packrat, he can also find plenty of caps lying around in his scavenging ventures. Always eager to pick up every pretty penny.

P-21 - P-21 does have some interest in getting gold, for his bum leg, and his Med-x, but quite seldomly. Perhaps in his isolation, he will tend to cross a few piles of bottlecaps for his crew.

INTELLIGENCE

Chemist

P-21 - P-21 would only love to be able to craft his own medicine to feed his addictions, but no, his chemistry is only applied to making some unique bombs and mines for his own entertainment, even to demonstrate how to deal with one as a sort of 'teacher' to the foals.

Scrapper

Calamity - Calamity's scavenging fetish plays right into his tinkering and reloading of bullets, so it would definitely help him out to know how to break down materials so he has plenty of ammunition to make.

Hacker

P-21 - Beyond P-21's desperation to leave the vault was his desire to hack the terminals, even hacking them to deliberately give himself more dosages of Med-x during his stay as a 'breeding stallion'. Any tricky password that Blackjack had problems with, would be left to him.

Gun Nut

Gun Nut - Reloading new ammunition into weapons, new ammunition types into weapons, and playing with weapons, Calamity likes his weapons purely custom. Not a fetishist like Blackjack in regards to them, Calamity has a rigid understanding of firearms.

Medic

P-21 - Before Morning Glory came into the picture, P-21 was the primary healthgiver, what with his spectator knowledge in the medical bay of Vault 99. Med X and stimpaks galore, and seeing that Blackjack was the one to get herself into trouble, P-21 was the one to make sure all was well. Even his knowledge with medicine would have conflict with Morning Glory soon after.

Vans

P-21 - Blackjack, in her confusion, wasn't one to lead the way after her first escape from Vault 99. P-21 couldn't be any happier to lead them as far away from it as possible, so it would make sense that he would have some idea of where exactly to go.

AGILITY

Ninja

P-21 - If not for his explosive means to surprise his enemies, P-21 would be a ninja master. Beyond that though, P-21 definitely knows how to time his attacks perfectly, with his sneaking ability.

Moving Target

Calamity - Being able to fly, but not really choosing to, Calamity is near untouchable while also being a massive pain in the ass to hit. Good at aim and good at dodging, Calamity strikes a balance.

P-21 - While P-21 is nimble, and able to avoid most hits, his inability to fly, and his bum leg make him a open target if actually seen.

Action Boy

Calamity - Calamity is a stallion of action. Always on the move, always eager to loot more places, Calamity is tireless in steed and stow.

Sneak

P-21 - Slow, quiet and steady wins the combat. Almost completely subtle in movement, P-21 knows how to even muffle his own pain and movement without the need of medicine or stealth suits for example. P-21 is virtually invisible in combat at times.

Commando

Calamity - At this point, are you really surprised? Calamity likes his two handers, not really keen on using the wimpy one handers for his excursions. Heavy battle rifles, machineguns, and sniper rifles are his bread and butter.

LUCK

Critical Banker

P-21 - P-21 knows when to save a moment for it's finish. Using his timed explosions with quick finesse, P-21 knows when to bank his criticals without being wasted.

Better Criticals

P-21 - On top of saving crits, is to score them. Bigger explosions, bigger damage, with the eyes of enemies gaping in awe and in pain on top of it, P-21 knows how to suddenly turn the tables.

Bloody Mess

P-21 & Calamity - the only perk that both are equally attuned at, Calamity knows how to spray and pray, while P-21 knows how to gore his enemies with his explosive ordninance. Both different variants of bloody, but both equally the same.

Scrounger

Calamity - Playing into his pack rat desire, Calamity can find literally everything of any use during his excursions.

P-21 - While P-21 isn't nearly as keen on scrounging as Calamity is, his high perception allows him to notice some items most wont. ON top of his lockpicking skill, he can find plenty of bobby pins for him to pick some mines or ammo crates for future use.

Fortune Finder

Calamity - Continuing Calamity's love for being a pack rat, he is also more fortunate in finding items compared to P-21.

P-21 - Like with the cap collector, P-21 isn't so eager to find bottlecaps, but will happenstance find some along his way.

That is it for the Saboteurs. the Tanks special (Steelhooves Vs. Rampage) will come up next, seeing that now I have to do this.
