Here's the next hybrid: Palsa, a Ice/Mud hybrid.

Palsa is physically very much an Icewing, save for the brown patches. She's just one of those hybrids who could almost pass as a full tribe, except she definitely does stand out with the brown. She also has frostbreath, though it's a little weaker than a full Icewing's and doesn't work if she's too warm.

All thing's considered, Palsa'a had a pretty average life despite being a hybrid. She mostly lived with her mother, though she also knew her father quite well. She gets annoyed when other dragons make a big deal about her being a hybrid. She's sort of lazy, but she's serious enough that she can get a job done.
Palsa's an adult by now, and works as a teacher somewhere. (probably Jade Mountain Academy - but I'm still not sure)

I don't have any major plans for Palsa, but I do like her.
