Thanks, Jeremy! I've been reading a book called The New Comics (which was published in 1987), which is a book of interviews with comic artists from R. Crumb to art spiegelman and Moebius-- it got me yearning for my old comic art, and rapidographs and all that stuff...

I have seen this a few years ago, I think, and always loved it-- it's so rare to see an animation with such a great amount of detail like this ID (which is very understandable, of course!
), but the result looks terrific... also, I really like it how natural the movement of the elephant head growing from the human head is...
I want an elephant's memory (and ears!).

Nice ID and lovely/creative illustration. Funny thing is I was just listening to King Crimson's "Elephant Talk" a couple of hours ago.

He is amazing. For some reason, the King Crimson line-up from the 1980s always appealed to me the most. Killer guitar work from both Fripp and Belew.

I'd been such a devotee of In The Court Of The Crimson King, I was mostly shocked at the first hearing of Belew in place of Greg Lake-- but I really came to love that sound...

What a great album( "The Court Of The Crimson King") that was and a huge influence on progressive/ innovative rock. They don't make them like that anymore...that's for sure. I miss epic songs.
