Description
Sorta a series I guess you could say. This is inspired by the greed in this world, or perhaps just America. I find it sorta sad that America has alot of money whereas other countries maybe do not so. There is poverty in America and with this President it has much more chances of becoming even more prevailent. Working at the grocery store has taught me so much about humanity and moneys coexistence. I am sadly a penny collector. Pennies can add up. I am cheap because I sorta have to be. I am not rich. Many people leave their change after buying groceries, especially pennies, they do not care about the small change. Only problem is they put that money right back into the corporate grocery store. All the change adds up! But when it comes to big bills they want it all.Other people, homeless, hungry, or third world countries, would love those added up pennies. Ask any guy standing their with a cup downtown begging for "change"
But when it comes to big bills we all get greedy. Money is what runs the world. Big money runs the people.

Whoah it looks like your skills have increased drastically since I last came to this site. I wish I had come here more often and I need to start submitting again. I'm getting all nostalgic already. How come you haven't been writing me back in email though?
Seems you've developed quite an audience. Great work.
I absolutely love this peice and its simplicity. The message is very clear. I like how you called money "Garbage" because that's absolutely true. Money is just paper, it's only the social value we allocate it that makes it so powerful. Fortunately, the greed you speak of is not innate to human nature. We are not born greedy. Look at an infant and it's quite obvious that "original sin" is a crock. It's thing like nationalism and capitalism that corrupt people and turn us into the self-centered pricks much of us have become today. The worst part is, most people don't even realize what consequences their actions have. They don't realize that in order to get to the top you, by definition, have to stand on top of the backs of others and weigh them down.
Alright, I'll try to keep in touch more often. Later.

I don't write you emails because you never write me back. I will always reply if you email me, but if you break the chain then I don't like to continuously write back because I figure you are busy. Hows the gf?
And definitely come here more often. I did get a camera so I am really into the photography aspect of art. I have been improving drastically since my first shot I love it.
I agree, it is paper that we attribute value to. It gets things accomplished and actually was originally intended as helping each other out by continuously helping others out. Sorta like the origins of bartering. This is where I like the concept of anarcho-communism. The fact that even the hard working can get what the not harding get. It all comes to what you want to put in. There are people at the top who work very hard to get where they are at but then they don't give back to those who helped them-society, communities, and they decide that they are elite enough that they can step on the backs of those that are constently working harder to get up there. Here in AZ we have alot of immigrants-mexicans in particular, who come across the border. Now I personally think they should have the right to work because they have more ambition to work than half of the US citizens. They aspire to help their family and live the 'american dream' Yet they get stuck in shitty jobs that the corporations keep them at with no real room to improve because they aren't of legal working status.
It's a crock.

Hey, I introduced you to anarcho-communism didn't I? I feel special now.
The saddest thing is that once somebody gets rich, they can continue to make money without producing anything. All they need to do is buy things and sell them for a higher price. He who owns the factory need not work in it. All he has to do is sell the products they make for a higher price then he pays the workers.
That's sad about the immigrants. I wish there were no such thing as an "illegal" immigrant. Corporations invade other countries all the time because of "free trade." If they aren't allowed to leave, what can they do?

(Thanks for your earlier comment)
Like the conceptual nature of this one.
Unfortunate though it is, people need an incentive to get up in the morning and go to work and money is it. It is unfortunate that we, as a community, do not donate as much as we should.

Well it is not unfortunate that we need to get up and work for money, because technically we are working in order to support ourselves and families to make it through the day. However, it is unfortunate that people don't help others and that greed has become a bigger portion of higher corporations.

well if your not going to use that, may I blow my nose in it?
Ive been working at a hospital for the past few months. It is really hard work and I get paid about $10 an hour for it, but it isnt about the money for me. It is one of the few jobs I have really enjoyed just because it is so rewarding mentally. I feel truly appreciated when I help people, and every day it is a different experience.
But yes, especially in health care, it is the big money and the malpractice lawsuits which really ruin the whole system. Medical bills will basically bankrupt you unless youve got health insurance :/
anyways, nice work and subject

Glad to hear you have a job you appreciate, thats hard to come by. I like helping people too. I always go the extra to help my customers, not because I have to, but because I like to make peoples day alot better. You could blow your nose on it, and then use it, like everyone else does of course like I said, It is trash we all pick up (we- including me) I can't sit here and say I don't want money, I won't use money, it is garbage. But sometimes people throw it around like garbage or they work too hard and get treated like garbage for a little bit of money because the company might be too greedy and selfish to pay well and make employees happy.

Photography is cool as always.
Certainly can't argue with your morals, however can't say it myself. I don't have much money and the real world is god damn scary, but I can't say that I agree with you until I am in that well off persons shoes and still think the same. It's good to see things from everyones perspective.
Good job buddy.

thanx. I never had alot of money, and I still don't and I work and of course I buy things for myself, as everyone does. However, I am very compassionate about the things going on in the world, the suffering around us. If I had more money I would still think the same, because I wish I could donate more than I can.
