Description So, how many of you have either bought wefts or made them, whether by sewing or using silicone caulk, then wondered what to do next?

Adding wefts to a wig is quite easy but no one seems to describe the process in their own wig tutorials. So, in my tutorial I have broken down the process for you.

It is more like a set of guidelines, there is plenty of room for your own twists. I prefer to sew my wefts in, but heck, if you wanted to you could hot glue them into place (if you do not ever plan to remove the wefts). This tutorial visually shows how to add wefts inbetween pre-existing wefts. There are many more things you can do with wefts such as adding them to the edges of the wig for up-dos etc. The possibilities are endless.

Anyway, I hope this tutorial is helpful to someone. Let me know if something is not clear. Feedback is great.

Thanks so much! There are so many tutorials on the caulking wefts but they are so vague about inserting them into the wig. This really helped me figure out what to do.

It was originally for my Jade Curtiss Tales of the Abyss cosplay, but it always bothered me that it was so thin. The photos do not really show how bad it was - one wrong move and anyone could see the mesh. Now that it has been restyled etc, I will be using it for my Richard Tales of Graces cosplay.

Thanks for this tutorial! Other wefting tutorials usually just confuse me. But this one is so simple and straight forward. Makes me go "Oh...so wefting IS easy!" XD

Excellent! I am glad that you find this tutorial helpful. I personally think half the challenge in following other tutorials is demystifying what the person is saying, hence why I try using lots of pictures and simpler language for my own. Thank you for your feedback!
