I've never really read any of the comics with Norman Osborn as green goblin, I'm from the Hobgoblin period (90's) but i've always heard he was a vicious S.O.B. which makes him a MAJOR pain in Spideys ass.His long list of misdeeds include dropping Pete's girlfriend Gwen Stacy off a bridge, mayhem and other acts of supreme ass-ishness.
Also, people just seem want to fallow in the douche's footsteps. There's have been several other green goblins (including his own son), 4 hoblgoblins, a demogoblin, a grey goblin and a new villain using goblin tech called Menace.

Mcfarlane, along with Mark Texiera, Jim Lee, Whilce Portacio, The Kubert brothers, Simon Bisley and a few I'm forgetting are my favorite comic artists.

oh yeah! Texiera was an artistic GOD on Wolverine. My personal fav wolvie artist of all time although Steve Skroce rocked on Blood Debt. That's my fav Wolvie story period.

I moved out of my parents house in 1995 and haven't bought a monthly comic since. A couple graphic novels but that's about it. I love animΓ© but I don't like the style when it infests my comic book heroes.

actually the art surprised me. It wasn't as anime-ish as I thought it would be. Speaking of anime infestation, I know EXACTLY the way you feel. I used to be a fan of the style when I was a kid until one day I tried to draw real people. lol! It took me an incredible amount of time before I could reach the level I was at before I took up anime. Up to today i'm intent on exorcising what remains of anime influence from my style.

Yeah he did when they brought him back from the dead and also kidnapped Aunt May, at the moment he regard as the hero of the marvel universe since fired the shot that deaft the skull queen and leader of the thunderbolts. If you been reading dark regin you should know things are curruanly going in his favour

There's so many good points at this pic that I don't know where to start.
I love the shading as always cause you'r always able to stun me with that
But what I love most is the amount of action you were able to put into this piece it's amazing.. The goblin is evil, spidey looks helpless and the woman just looks.. totally freaked out which I love.
on top of all this great stuff you not always make into a fitting piece but you also throw in a fucking amazing background.. I'm proud to be a watcher of you cause yoru improving with hughe steps and that over a really small period of town..
keep it up steve.. :d I'll support you no matter what course you take.
