im having problems with my outer glow.. my outer glow is too solid.. cant seem to adjust it.

the mode man. when you use the outer glow, you can put it in screen, overlay, etc

I was wondering where you got your Grunge brushes from.. I'm new to Photoshop (I'm using 7) and I don't know anything about it..
I followed your tutorial and found it very easy to find what I was looking for (though mine wasn't as effective as yours, at all).
