Yay, I finally got around to uploading these! It's my revamped tiger characters.. you may remember them from earlier artwork here and on Side 7. These three are Bengals, and I must say I am unspeakably happy with my new tiger/big-cat drawing style
I must say that I prefer the Side 7 categorisation, it's much more simple and there's less hassle to decide which category you should submit in
But I digress.No stealing the markings, now

Heh.. drawing from photos/real life helps a LOT i must say. I actually drew these particular sketches while watching an animal planet documentary on tigers xD Drawing while watching Animal Planet is a wonderful wonderful way to practice quicksketching animal anat

Haha, I'm using the large amount of free time before I go into college to improve myself artistically, which is why I'm uploading so much these days 
Don't worry, big cat faces are HARD! o_X Especially since I'm more used to canines.. it took me forever to get them looking the way I wanted them to. Many of my earlier attempts were torn up and thrown away in frustration I can tell you XD Just draw from photorefs/real life a lot, it helps

I know what you mean. I thnk felines are harder to draw than canines, sometimes I regret that my fursona is a leopard...

Oooh, spifftacular! Are these just random(but beautiful ;D) characters, or are they for something else? Just wondering!

I intend to write a story about them eventually.. once I can come up with a concept. I have been toying with these characters in my head for years now but I've only just gotten round to solidifying them properly heh. Thanks
