so yes, Penny's finally been bred and had her litter. I've been planning this forever but finally I get to play it out and have it happen, FUN. I feel I have to thank *BlueFlyer for helping me out, I hadn't intended to start a whole plot with it and I'm really quite pleased it turned out the way it did.
I can hardly wait to see these guys grow up on the MG boards. aaaahh.

Neither could I almost all the tryouts were amazing. A few of them though, I'd have a hard time deciding over which pup goes where. The reunions are definitely going to be fun, even if I don't get to participate, its going to be fun to read! And I'm fine waiting, everyone deserves a fair chance

I agree with everyone's replies that Jovi's pose and his white face and blue eye really stand out. I think this is a direct relation to the fact he is between two dark colored characters and the fact that Cayda's face (who is in a mirror position) is so much darker! The eyes really come alive in this due to that coloring technique you used to make them look rounder and more alive! The rolls of skin on Jovi's back and the pudgy bellies also make this so awesome to look at! I can totally see Penny in Kite's profile there, and Zoot's eyes look quite a bit like dad's!

Yay it makes me happy that you notice the new eye colouring technique, I'm definitely going to be using it more in future. I took my time with this one; normally I don't spend that much time dwelling over pictures and I tend to forget things like shading the eyes properly, and inside mouths. x.x;

I'm glad you noticed the insects! Their show names are actually all insect-inspired, so each one actually corresponds to the pup that was named after that bug. :3
Aws, thanks. I wanted to try something a bit new, I've actually been working on this for a while and it's nearly twice the size that it is here. Playing around with photoshop effects for the background was fun, I don't normally do that.
You always notice all the things that I do differently.

OMG! They're so adorable! When I saw their little faces on your Activity page I was like, "wtf, when did she do that? Lookit how cute!" But now I know. Their faces, holy crap. So realistic and so true to their characters. And I love the little insect-ets at the top.

Thank you. <33 I've actually been working on this for a good few days when I can, it's about a little more than half its actual size on fullview here. x.x; been a while since I worked on something large-scale and it felt good to work in a different way and take extra time making it look good!
I did the first bunch of my adopteds sometime last month. I was already considering making an extra list for the characters I had adopted out, like the one Kaycee has, so I can keep track of them, and as well as that I wanted to include some info for my humans, some of whose pets I don't personally RP. and it was driving me a bit crazy how to make it all fit together but I think I've finally come up with something that works. And when I put the pups up, I already had this image in the works, so I just thought - heck, let's use this for the banners!
Still in the process of making pictures for everyone else though - I know, I'm nuts. x.x;

I know how you feel, I love doing big, detailed pieces when I have the time. Goodness, I really want to draw now, but my pencils have disappeared and I really don't know where to look. 
I know how you feel. I've been trying to make photomanips for every character I've created, as well as the one's I've adopted, but it's taking rather longer than I'd like, and it seems like I keep finding ones I've forgotten about. It's also hard sometimes to find appropriate pictures to edit (took me forever to find a dog that could pass for a Basenji/Basset! But I did, and Claretta's picture turned out very cute). You're not nuts, you sound like me.
