This is a vastly-expanded NATO, which at this point would be a legacy name for the alliance since it really has nothing to do with the North Atlantic anymore. Pretty much anyone who's not independent or neutral and against the Soviet Union gets folded into NATO unified command. So you get Kuwaiti, Panamanian, or Australian forces operating under NATO as well as current member states.

First off, it's good to see my lovely Almeida twins, Lorissa and Lorena, basking in that jungle limelight. Your shadow experimentation looks like it paid off in spades.
