Description
Erymon is Ravimon's final evolution when she combined with her trainer, "Tasha Amber Skye". Tasha is the eldest of the 4 characters, coming in at 12 years old. She'd like to think she's the group leader, but really she's not.
Anyway, Erymon. Erymon is a corruption of the term "Erinyes". An Erinyes is from Greek Mythology and were also commonly called furies. They were the embodiment of vengeance. The were mostly angelic, tho later and more modern interpretations make them out to have black wings. This made the idea of a black winged angel fit perfectly with Ravimon.
I aped some ideas and details from the original series' Angelmon and Angelwomon for her, going with the helmet covering the face and the like. I also borrowed some elements from the Valkyr from WoW for some inspiration as well. Overall I'm VERY happy with how the elements gelled together. Originally she was going to be more heavily armoured on the torso and hips (rather then a skimpy top and a loincloth), but I couldn't make the armour work out like I wanted, and decided this fit the idea anyway.
In the group, Erymon is the most defensive. She's relatively frail physically, but compliments it by having the strongest defenses. She counter-attacks with the sword in opportunities, bust mostly she will use an "air-cutter" style technique and fight from range and the superior flying high-ground. She will also use quick "fly-by" attacks when the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful! She fits the look so well! I love Valkyr so much, and this one just looks amazing!
She's attractive, while so imposing, and threatening. She looks like shes ready to slice you open without hesitation, I love it! Now only if it was in color... I'd be in love!

Considering that I just made up the name myself, I think you're perfectly safe there. It's not named (to my knowledge) off the actual show. These are my own OC Digis.

It actually elicits my imagination of what a fury would look like, atleast in a modern setting instead of a nude italian fresco are something. I see you have no qualms amping up the "too sexy" factor, Thought the same thing when I saw DJinnimon. lol.
And as noted the fierce knight/paladin look came out really well. The way she holds her armaments sell it for me, she definitely looks like a dark avenging angel, especially with the posture.
Though I think (and may be wrong) her low and spread stance may not give her enough stability to keep a strong balance or mount a strong defense. ...though she clearly must be strong to hold both a two-handed claymore or 2/3 full size shield with one arm a piece, she would most likely have alot of core strength to maintain a low stance but still be effective, heh plate pauldrons and thigh high greaves she can handle it.

As for the stance, it's actually done with a slight glance to the fact you needed to "see" her body. After all, this was to show off the character design. My original idea would have put her shield first in a low defensive stance, but that would have had the shield covering half of the face, ALL of the torso and hips, and even parts of the upper legs and arms. After a few prelim sketches, this struck me as a very bad idea.
As for the sword, it's actually more of a longsword then a claymore. The way it's angled "coming towards the viewer" means I got to play with the perspective on it and it came out looking a LOT larger. I also extended the hilt slightly so it looked like a better fit there.
And as a friend of mine pointed out, the original cartoons never shied away from making the Digi's extremely sexy.

Tasha: *holds the D'arc to the camera* Biomerge activate! *brings it to her chest and a digital blast blows her clothes off, then floats calm and naked towards Ravimon*
Ravimon: Ravimon biomerge to!
*a bunch of clouds calmly floating until green gusts pass through and disperses them; the gusts join on a whirlwind; from it a couple of wings pop out, then sexy armored legs, the left arm with the shield and the right arm with the sword, that, looked from behind, disperses the whirlwind, head-shot of Ravimon, a wind gust, head-shot of Harpymon, a wind gust, a head shot of Corvimon, a gust; Erymon turns to show her helmeted face; Tasha, naked on the digital background, looks to the sky; fades to Erymon's face, who flies above the clouds*
Erymon+Tasha: *surges from the clouds below* Erymon! *does a striking pose and a gust disperses the clouds beneath her*

As an aside note, for my money & team here they are "partners" not tamers of "Digidestined". Just partners. I like the feel of the terminology better.

Excellent posing and perspective! Only thing i would comment on are the armored boots, the feet section. They look kinda weird/clunky when compared to the rest of the armor parts.

They do. And part of the heavy look of the feet were an intentional choice. I was having trouble making them look sleeker, so I went with the "roach stomper" angle on them.

Ahhh, quite a strategic archetype, one I wouldn't mind playing myself... and the whole skimpy clothing thing does tie in with hte way winged humanoids do tend to be dressed in digimon... heh, i wonder why?

Aye. I actually toyed with the idea of her using a bow and arrow, but tossed it when I remembered Angemon & Angewoman from the series used that attack method. Plus it would have been difficult to explain going from a sword & shield to a Bow & Arrow. But as a friend of mine noted, the Digimon from the show were sometimes "Stupid hot". They definately weren't worried about the Digis being "too sexy" looking.

Thank you. This one took me a few tries, and I had to adjust heavily (Originally she was going to be shield in front, but then you wouldn't have seen ANY of her!!) to get the end result.
