Because some o' you were curious. And this is just my lazy-ass way of going about it, not the definitive technique.

but but but . . .what if you only do traditional DDDD:

Edit them in
People do their toning on the PC (if they're using screentones), so you'd add your speedlines then.
But if you want to go 100% traditional, well then you have to do it the hard way
