Ooooooooookay... maybe I lied. I woke up at 1 am and all the sudden I could draw. Drawing block over.
Soooooooo I decided to try to do a tutorial on how I draw chibis. I know it's horrible I'm sorry and I babble too much. I just can't explain! *twitch*Erm so yeah. For those who want to know I draw all my sketches in photoshop CS2 with a 1 px hard brush with a non-pressure sensitive tablet. Just in case you're wondering why they're so messy

Thank you. Sometimes it's really awesome since I often find I can't really draw properly unless it's the middle of the night and I'm in pure silence. Coloring on the other hand... I can do anytime anywhere xD Unfortunately my requirements to draw properly get me in trouble when I need to wake up early the next morning

haha yes, I guess it does have a positive side. I've heard though that if you exercise a bit before sleeping(or exhaust yourself), it really helps with making people sleep more faster and soundly. Just a little tip for those folks like us that have insomnia 
Ah, yeah; I also hate mornings...waking up is so fun when you barely get a wink of sleep....

Anyone can draw chibis. However, it takes a good artist to draw chibis that are actually cute. Sir (ma'am, depending), you've done it. Good job!

Sure. Try to put detail in them and shape them like baby hands if that makes sense. Look at the hand here:
