Cell JuniorsBorn: AGE 767 (~ 0 years old)
Race: Baby Clusterfucks (Born from a Bio-mechanical Artificial Humans comprised of DNA from multiple species)
Home: Planet Earth
Battle Power: ?????
Occupation: Lil' Bastards
Goals: To follow daddy's orders
Showcased Transformations:
Base, Super Saiyan
Bio:
Cell's seven children. Though he really uses them as nothing more than tools of destruction to in an attempt to forcibly unleash Son Gohan's hidden enraged potentialby attacking his friends and family. However, once that power is unlocked, they don't survive long.
Notes:
Design wise, they are pretty much the same as they were originally, except for the colors. I decided to use the manga's lack of color for them to my advantage here as I really liked the idea of a Cell Jr. that uses Cell's colors, so I just used variations of blue's and greens from the video games to color them for some uniqueness. Especially since this isn't the only time they're seen!

Yes, it does. The whole plot with Towa in DBO was her trying to perfect the enchantment on the characters from the Namek Arc.

OK. Perfect it so that the power's maximised or so that it's a perfect enslavement? How much? Why Namek era? Can it be used on herself and Miira? And, again, DA POWA O.o. One last thing though: Why is Cell blue xD?

Dunno. DBO ended before we got a real answer.
No idea how much it boosts power our avatars are the ones who fight the enslaved forms and we're never compared to normal characters. We have no measuring stick.
I doubt it.
The reasons for their colors are in the description.

If you're solely talking about Xenoverse, then I'll have no idea of anything until the game comes out (unless they give us more information on any specific topic before then).

I always wonder why they screw them up in the video games. They treat them like Saibamen! When in reality they were ridiculously strong.

Yeah, but they do kinda quickly turn into Saibaimen v2. I mean, Gohan and a healthy Goku probably could have defeated them already, though with SS2 Gohan just obliterates them. By the next arc, same as the Saibaiman, all the major players wouldn't even see them being worth the effort to kill...

Good point. I'd still expect them to be around SSJ1 level in the games at the least, though. Though the games game been shown to be very inaccurate at times... (Broly always being at Gogeta/Vegito/SSJ4 level, 100% Full Power Frieza being at Perfect Cell level, Final Form Cooler being at a higher level than SSJ1 Goku and at the SAME level as SSJ2 Gohan.)

It's just the way game tiers have to work. If you used real scaling like you see in the series, then every character who isn't SS4 Gogeta would just be useless... Cell Jr.s are still strong. I can take out whole teams with just one of them in the Raging Blast games.

Kinda off topic, but did you know that there are now official power levels for Final Form Cooler, LLSJ Broly (movie 1), and SSJ1 Gogeta? They place Broly way above Cooler and Gogeta way above Broly, which is totally accurate in my opinion. Now if only we could get everyone else's power levels...
Cooler = 470,000,000
Broly = 1,400,000,000
Gogeta = 2,500,000,000

Those aren't "official" in the same terms as all the others we have. They were promo numbers given to the characters in Budokai 3. lol There are Power Levels for pretty much every villian from DBZ to GT in one of the Japanese Plug-n-Play games too... But, if you do that math, those numbers are impossible to fit in with what we know, as Goku would be stronger than Gogeta in the Buu Arc.
Take Goku's last Power Level from the Freeza Arc and unlock SS3 for him. Then, ignoring all the other Power ups between the Freeza and Buu Arc, all we need to do is add in his RoSaT training with Gohan for the Cell Games, where they more than doubled their power because Half of Goku's energy surpassed Vegeta and Trunks by that point.
Goku
Base - 3,000,000
SS, - 150,000,000
SS2 - 300,000,000
SS3 - 1,200,000,000
RoSaT - 2,400,000,000

Bah. Now I'm confused again. Guess the debates will never end then Until Toriyama gives us exact power levels of every character in every saga, which is very doubtful.

It wouldn't matter, we still have other pointless things to fight over; "Who is stronger, Kid Buu or Super Buu?", "Was Gohan a SS or SS2 when he fought Dabra?", "Is Dabra stronger than Cell?", "Why is Vegeta a cocky idiot in almost every arc after he gets Super Saiyan?", blah blah blah.

General rule of fandoms. If there is more there one interpretation of ANYTHING, there will be a debate over it...often brought up again and again because there is no set in stone answer. The one reason I dislike dealing with fans that are new to the series...I have to explain the same things I fought over years ago again and again.

One of the most amusing things to me is the people who believe that fan-fics and characters are canon. Example: Taanipu, SSJ5, etc.
Also, I might have just totally misread your previous message and taken it the wrong way, but I'm a very long-time DBZ fan. I'm pretty sure I just read it wrong, though. If so, my bad.

I don't mind if people want to. Dragon Ball has no "canon", so whatever. I just hope they understand that just because they are canon to them, it doesn't make them official. Personally, I like Taanip, enough to even include her in my project. That doesn't mean I'm blind enough to think Toriyama or Toei created her. It was just some guy, or girl , who felt like creating a DBZ hentai manga. xD
Yeah. It wasn't aimed at you, just a statement on newbies in general and why I try to avoid them if I can without seeming rude. lol For reference, right now I suppose they would be called "Generation Kai".

She seems like a decent character based on what I've seen from fanart. Not sure why, but in my "personal canon" I'll always believe that Fasha is secretly Goku and Raditz's mother. Plus, I always whooped some ass with her in BT3. XP
I had a feeling that's what you meant. No offense taken.

Despite the fact that you're welcome to think that, it is, in fact, impossible. Japanese version has Selypa say that Bardock's son was born "last night" while they were busy "King Kong"ing planet Kanassa. The next morning she says he should go back and see the kid...Goku is shown to be on Planet Vegeta, and she is still on Kanassa. 1+1 does not equal 4.

Augh! I really need to start watching the original japanese anime and movie. I've read about so many dubbing mistakes, this being one of them. Though Goku and Gohan's voices might take some getting used to.
I find it so odd that I find their original voices so odd. I'm the exact opposite way with kaiju-movies; I prefer the original dubs while for DBZ, I HIGHLY prefer the Funimation dub.

My only advice would be to start watching from the very beginning of Dragon Ball and work your way through the rest of the series if you want to make the transition. It's easier to adapt to their voices while they are kids IMO. I still like Schemmel's English Goku voice, in Kai at least, but Goku will always be a naive mountain man-boy in my heart, and Nozawa's voice captures him perfectly. I will admit there are some voices that, even after watching the original version for years now, I can't stand. For example, all of Japanese Buu's voices are horrendous to me and I can't stand Nozawa trying to act like a hardass with her Goku voice coming out of Bardock's mouth. Sometimes the English cast is better, contrary to some elitist opinions.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, the high-pitched-ness of Goku, Gohan, and Bardock really gets to me.
Though the main one would be Gogeta and Vegito since they're (or he's) supposed to be a total badass and he has a TOTALLY unfitting voice. Though I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually.

Goku and Gohan took a little adjusting, I think I was into Funi's 3rd or 4th GT DVD before it stopped feeling so weird. lol But like I said, I'll never accept her as Bardock. Honestly though, I think Gogeta and Vegetto work out great with Vegeta's voice helping to at least give the appearance of deepening Goku's. I used to love listening to him yell Final Kamehameha in the Japanese Final Bout.

I honestly never knew he was played by a girl until you mentioned it. I also find it crazy that Funimation's Frieza is the same person who plays Fasha.

Ahem, Funimation's OLD Freeza. Funimation's current Freeza is a male, and absolutely fantastic at the role. Almost as good as Ryusei Nakao's godlike Freeza performance in the Japanese version. Possibly my favorite Japanese voice in the show.
