Bio:
The one who possesses the power and authority of "destruction" in Universe 6 is the Hakaishin (God of Destruction), Champa. In order to make room for new creations, he uses his power to destroy that which already exists. Though Champa typically slumbers far less than his brother, Beerus, he can still sleep for years or even decades on end, with his awakening signifying the upcoming destruction of planets. Even though the destruction is required, these periods where he is awake are restless days for the Kaiōshin, as he does not act on the their orders and destroys according to his own individual judgment. Nobody knows how many planets will fall victim to him and he is capricious enough to obliterate important worlds without a second thought. If his wrath is incurred, he will not hesitate to destroy all nearby life and planets.
Vados is the assistant to the Hakaishin, and the one responsible for training both Champa and her little brother Whis in the martial arts. While Champa sleeps, she watches over the universe to keep the Hakaishin up with current events once he awakens.
In AGE 778, with three Super Dragon Balls already in their possession, Champa and Vados enter Universe 7 and attempt to collect the remainder of the set. Upon Beerus' awakening in August, they are forced to slow their search for the orbs in order to prevent alerting Beerus to their presence. By early AGE 780, shortly after the battle with the resurrected Freeza in December of AGE 779, Champa has managed to collect six of the orbs. Due to Beerus' continued awakening, thanks to the ruckus caused by Goku and Vegeta's training, Champa decides it's time to meet with his brother for a food challenge in an attempt to distract from their true goal in Universe 7.
Upon arrival at Beerus' temple, Champa's plans quickly go awry. Beerus' newest discovery, cup ramen, is far tastier than the Don Don eggs that Champa brought. Curious where his brother discovered such a delicacy, the Universe 6 Hakaishin is dismayed when he learns the planet of origin is a wasteland in Universe 6. Irritated, Champa wastes all his hard work by suggesting a wager, with the Super Dragon Balls as the prize. The two Hakaishin will hold an invitational tournament where five fighters of their choosing will compete against each other in one on one combat. The last man standing on their respective team wins the competition. If Beerus is victorious, Champa will hand over the Super Dragon Balls he's collected, but is Champa's team wins, he'll use the orbs to switch his Earth with the one from Universe 7 so that he can enjoy the planet's delicious food.
Notes:
It's not really worth noting, but I based Champa off Toriyama's design. So he's not as plump and stout.

I'm very tired of Broly after doing all the forms I already did. Goten is still in the books, but until I can work out the hair design issue, he's stuck in limbo. :T

It's not terrible. There's some logic to it and it follows the rules I've set forth, but...it's still terrible. Oh well. every previous iteration was at least twice as bad, so I'm calling it a win for now.
It's because despite everything I've done, none of the sheets would actually be complete. I disregarded "Legendary Super Saiyan" to give Broli the graded forms instead. I have grades I & III finished for all of them, but not a single grade II. I upload a Towa and Mira sheet and Heroes gives them a new form 4 months later, I'll add it on or make a new sheet. But I don't want to upload knowingly incomplete version for someone like Broli.

Honestly I like the Super Saiyan 2 Goten hair you put up. It fits the hairstyle but still retains a little Goku.
That makes total sense. I figured you had already done grade 2's and just hadn't gotten around to throwing any individual sheets together. And grade 2's will be goofy for Broly anyway.

Goten has never really gotten anything of his own in the franchise. He's barely a character.

Is he really that hard of a character to make stuff for? Besides turning him into a fuqboi in his later years? There really is no transition of him going through puberty, talking to any girls and stuff. That personality trait was just made for him.

It's not that it's hard to make things for him in general. There are just elements of characters that become troublesome and halt progress at times, and there isn't much I can do until I find a way to work it out. It sucks, but those are the breaks.
