Story:

Max Dillon was born in a rough part of town. Growing up impoverished in a broken home, Dillon’s refuge was in creating what he could out of what he could find. He became fond of engineering and left home to join an internship with OsCorp’s clean energy sector. His research was focused on harnessing the bioelectricity found in all living things and amplifying it to supply entire circuits. Unfortunately, after an espionage attack on the lab by Osborn’s competitor, Octavius, Max Dillon becomes endowed with superpowers that control electricity as well as absorb energy. This was at the cost of his only loved ones, his fellow researchers. At first, Dillon hides from the world as a homeless man, only using his powers occasionally to get around, but after Octavius puts a price on his head for collection, he takes the name Electro and seeks revenge for his misfortunes. He becomes more of an anti0hero than a villain. Spiderman and Electro first encounter one another whilst he is fleeing from the Police testing his powers trying to rob the museum of natural history. Electro discovers his powers to great for his control, that he develops a carbon fibre insulating suit as well as Tesla Coil staffs to aim his attacks. He uses electrical circuits to teleport from wire to wire and transport his being and that he touches wherever he wants. His next fight with Spiderman happens in Time Square, with Electro defeating the wall-crawler yet again. Spiderman develops electrically insulating webbing and fights Electro again soon after as he goes to confront Octavius. After an epic battle between the three men, Octavius nearly crushes them both, but Electro gets the upper hand with Spiderman’s help and kills Octavius. He and Spiderman then share a glance, as Peter begs Max to stay and get help, but he dismisses him gently leaving through the building circuits and never being seen again.
