That's a really nice looking design, well modeled too. But there are some practical problems. The forward handgrip would help to keep a hold of the weapon, but the problem with that is that your arm would be in the way of the cylinder gap. Some of the gases from the powder burning escape through this gap and can potentially severely injure your arm. In some cases it's even removed fingers and thumbs that have been placed in front of it. The grip looks pretty cool, though I'm not sure if It'd have any benefit to absorbing the considerable recoil of the W&W 500; with that angle it might even make it less comfortable actually.
Overall a very well made model, the design just has some kinks.
