Crusher is the leader of the Kmart Gnolls - a group of gnolls that were brought to our world when a magical tome caused several worlds to violently merge into one strange mix of settings. Him and His found an abandoned structure with a big K on it near where they woke up, and moved right in.

With all the frozen and canned foods they didn't need to worry about supplies, so they stopped raiding and got comfortable. One of the smarter gnolls even managed to get a gas generator working so they could watch the wall of giant TVs in the back.

Crusher himself embodies the very image of a gnoll. Big, fat, slow, dumb, mean, smelly and strong. But he takes care of his own. Crusher found the party being attacked by a band of elves on horseback, intent on capturing them and bringing them back to their king. Crusher decided that was a bad idea, and saved them by cutting the leader of the horsemen in half, along with his horse, in one stroke with his sledge-axe.

he then proceeded to puke his guts up in the middle of the road after seeing so much blood and gore.

Crusher brought the wayward humans to his Krusher Mart, viewing them as something like pets, but as the humans endeavored to find a way to undo the damage that had been wrought to their world, Crusher became a friend and ally, teaching them how to fight and survive in the lawless post-collission world, and offering them a safe place to return to when they were too exhausted to go on. By the end of their campaign, they even brought the big brute a set of nice clothes to spiff him up a bit.

I decided to redraw this big dumb gnoll from a Savage Worlds campaign I ran forever ago, and give him a slightly more original look. His shoulder pad is half of a set of football padding. I replaced the skulls on his knees with actual knee pads. The biggest change is his axe. I changed it from a weird jagged thing to an enormous sledgehammer that was forged down into a huge axe. I really like the way it looks.
