It's... hard to define how Flynn speaks. It's not really a matter of an accent or anything, but more of his word choice and speaking patterns.

I wouldn't say that his knowledge is unlimited. He just knows quite a bit about a lot of species, the most common species that visit the Grand Circus. There are species that he knows almost nothing or nothing about.
